Rugby Titans Worldwide

Creating rugby opportunities.

CEO of Rugby Titans Worldwide is Collins Okoroike. I have an extensive background in sports. With aspirations to make it to the big leagues, I began playing football at Rio Linda high school in Sacramento, Ca enjoying attacking opposing team’s quarterbacks and running backs as a defensive end. My team won a section championship in 2004, the first ever championship in Rio Linda High School sports history along with sustaining All-League honors and then graduated high school in 2006. While I wasn’t familiar with The recruiting process I turned down offers from smaller schools and bet on myself by attempting to walk on at a division 1 school in Fresno State. After multiple attempts and coming close to making the team I was cut. While working on my skills to try and make the team again I used Rugby to stay in shape, and fell in love with the sport. While getting a grasp of rugby I began to enjoy the sport and the camaraderie that came along with it. Beat the crap out of each other for 80 minutes then have a beer or two with the opposing team like nothing happened at all. I loved the sport so much that I helped get a club rugby team on the campus at Fresno State with the help of the Fresno Rugby Club old boys and former Fresno State Football Coaching legend Pat Hill who also played rugby in college down in Southern California. I started playing Rugby in 2006 played on and off throughout college for Fresno State Rugby, a few years after graduating college I moved back to my hometown of Sacramento, CA, and have been playing for the Sacramento Rugby Club since 2019. In 2020 while rugby union was shut down, i ventured off into playing rugby league for the Sacramento Immortals and have competed there for a few years navigating the differences between league and union.
